The anti-corruption court has began working in Ukraine from Thursday, September 5. This decision was made at a meeting of judges of the ACC on May 7.
From this day, all corrupt criminal proceedings, including those already heard in other courts, must be referred to the Anti-Corruption Court.
The President of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court is Judge Olena Tanasevych.
