Unknown patriots blew up a transformer substation in the center of occupied Luhansk on August 14. This is reported by Maidan.

It is noted that this substation provided electricity to the so-called "central military registration and enlistment office", communications center of the "2nd Army Corps" and "LNR Military Court".

The occupation authorities called explosions at the transformer substation "loud bangs due to a shorted high voltage cable". The militants admitted that the "bangs" occurred in the central part of Luhansk "in the area of garages".
