The People's Front is leaving the European Ukraine coalition. This was stated by head of the PF faction Maksym Burbak at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"New circumstances require maximum consolidation of state forces in the parliament. New president, new agenda, new coalition. The PF faction states that the coalition that was formed in 2014 and operated until today has fulfilled its tasks… We declare our withdrawal from the current coalition", - he stated.

This makes it possible for speaker of the parliament Andriy Parubiy to start counting 30 days, during which a new majority should be formed in the Verkhovna Rada. If this does not happen, the parliament can be dissolved by the President. However, this is impossible because six months before the scheduled election, the Verkhovna Rada, according to the Constitution, receives immunity from the early termination of its powers.

The next parliamentary election is scheduled for the end of October 2019.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada appointed the inauguration of newly elected President Volodymyr Zelensky on May 20.
