Five people received shrapnel wounds and three died as a result of careless handling of ammunition in the region since the beginning of the year, - the communications department of the General Directorate of the National Police in the Donetsk oblast reports.

Law enforcers remind citizens that when they detect suspicious objects, they need to move to a safe distance and inform about the dangerous discovery by calling "101", "102", to warn passers-by of the danger and wait for the arrival of experts to indicate the place of discovery.
