Occupation authorities of the "DNR" state that high-ranking OSCE officials, Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center, Ambassador Marcel Peško and deputy head of the SMM Mark Etherington, came to the "republic" on an "official visit". This is stated in the report of the so-called "representative office of the "DNR" in the JCCC".

The report notes that the operational group of the "representative office" was fired at from grenade launcher when it left to meet the guests from the OSCE in the Donetsk filter station area.

As previously reported, the "DNR" occupation authorities had stated that Special Representative of the OSCE in the Tripartite Contact Group Martin Sajdik visited occupied Donetsk on February 15-16. The press service of the OSCE SMM declined to comment to OstroV on the message of the "DNR" authorities, having recommended that the request be sent to the OSCE Communication and Media Relations Office, located in Vienna (Austria).
