The so-called "representative office of the DNR in the JCCCC" reports on the evening of February 21 a "big loss of water" due to a shell hit in the Siverskyi Donets-Donbass channel.
The occupiers have traditionally blamed the Ukrainian military, stating that the damage to the conduit occurred "during the shelling of the outskirts of Horlivka in the area of Shumy".
"There are no opportunities for approaching the water conduit yet", - the occupiers report.
"There is a big water loss as a result of the hit. The hole is in the so-called "buffer zone", therefore the approach to it requires the coordination of security guarantees with the Ukrainian party in the JCCC. The Voda Donbassa public utility company is ready to start repair and recovery activities after the security provision. The DNR representative office in the JCCC provided the corresponding security guarantees, the mirror patrols of the OSCE SMM are requested", - the occupiers' message said.
