The compromise on the issue of local elections in the occupied regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions was not reached during yesterday's negotiations in Minsk political subgroup. It is reported by 112 Ukraina.

Ukraine's position is that all the Ukrainian political parties should take part in the electoral process, so that the electoral system has a proportional and closed lists, forced migrants and displaced people could take part in the elections and election coverage is guaranteed for all the Ukrainian media.
