Barrier squads of the "MSS", having the right to open fire at their people, will deal with deserters in the "DPR army". Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports about that.
"In connection with the massive desertions of troops of the advanced units of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Gorlovka), command of the 1 AK decided to deploy in those units operational groups of the so-called "MSS DPR", which will serve as "barrier squads". "Commanders of the "squads" were granted permission to use weapons against the "deserters", - said the statement.
