Mikhail Halin, acting first deputy "Minister of taxes and fees of the DNR" was arrested in the "DNR". This is stated in the report of the occupation structure, which positions itself as "Prosecutor General's Office".

The so-called "criminal case" is being investigated for abusing of "office" by "employees" of the "Ministry of taxes and fees of the DNR" in carrying out the procedure for recognizing OOO Kolos D's property as unowned and transferring it to the ownership of a certain "state-owned enterprise".
Before the liquidation of leader of the "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko, the "Ministry of taxes and fees" was headed by his closest associate Alexander Timofeev, nicknamed "Tashkent". After the death of Zakharchenko, he fled to Russia. The occupation authorities accused him and his former subordinates of corruption, misappropriation of others' property and pressure on business.
