The OSCE SMM observers recorded trucks with Russian number plates carrying coal in the occupied part of Luhansk region. This is stated in the report of the Special Monitoring Mission for November 5.

It notes that while monitoring in the area of Zolote, members of the Mission's patrol saw 3 empty trucks with Russian license plates, which followed from the checkpoint of illegal armed groups to the northeast. Then, having loaded with coal, the cars moved in the opposite direction.

"After about 30 minutes, the observers saw two of the trucks mentioned that were loaded with coal and were heading southwest", - the report said.

As previously reported, Ukraine had repeatedly stated that Russia was illegally exporting coal from the occupied territories of Donbass and sending it under the guise of its own for export.
