The so-called Vneshtorgservis will allocate $2.3 million for the occupation authorities of the "DNR" to alleviate social tension in the uncontrolled territory of Donetsk oblast. This follows from the text of the agreement on "social and economic partnership" signed by the fake "Council of Ministers of the DNR" and created for the management of ZAO Vneshtorgservis companies taken from Ukrainian owners.

"The parties pledged to cooperate to ensure a stable socio-economic situation in the "Donetsk People's Republic", development of scientific and technical cooperation and economic relations", - the text of the agreement said.

VTS pledged to "allocate money in the amount of $190.5 thousand on a monthly basis during the calendar year for the implementation of social events, including in the fields of education, medicine, culture, physical culture and sports. The total amount of allocated funds will be $2.3 million".

According to the agreement, funds received from the operation of stolen enterprises will be transferred to a certain "trust fund of the socio-economic partnership".

"This will be an additional social burden on the enterprise (VTS – OstroV), but this measure will help to solve many of the accumulated problems", - the "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin commented on this agreement.

Briefing note. After the confiscation of enterprises operating under the jurisdiction of Ukraine, and their transfer under the so-called "external management", ZAO Vneshtorgservis, associated with runaway Ukrainian businessman Serhiy Kurchenko, was registered in South Ossetia. All the grabbed enterprises in CDDLO (Donetsksteel Metallurgical Plant, Yenakiieve and Makiivka Iron and Steel Works, Yenakiieve Coke and Chemicals Plant, Yasynivsky Coke Chemical Plant, Makiivkoks, Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant, etc.) were transferred under his control and became known as branches of VTS. The South Ossetian registration of the "temporary administrator" of Ukrainian plants located on the territory of the "DNR" was explained by the fact that Russia, interested in obtaining metallurgical and coal products from enterprises of the occupied Donbass, cannot work with them directly because of the threat of increased economic sanctions.
