This is evidenced by the data of the representatives of the authorities of the "DNR". In particular, the "Director of the Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DNR" Andrei Alekhin told local journalists that in 2018, 8880 people graduated from 18 "educational institutions of higher professional education" controlled by the militants.
