The "DNR" authorities want to impose a "road map" on servicing the network of Vodafone Ukrainian mobile operator in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region on Ukraine. This was stated today by Victoria Talakin, the press secretary of "head of the "DNR" delegation" at the Minsk talks, "chairman of the People's Council" Denis Pushilin.
"The DNR issued a draft road map for the maintenance of Vodafone network on the territory of the Republics", — the report said.
According to her, the document contains proposals for determining the legal status of tech staff of the Ukrainian company, process of agreeing the list of contract organizations, developing regulations and schedules for restoration work and working out a mechanism for paying for electricity.
"As of today, we have not received the response of the Ukrainian party to the draft road map of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as Ukraine's own offer", - the press secretary of Pushilin was indignant.
As previously reported, on April 27, Vodafone Ukrainian mobile operator resumed its operation in the occupied part of Donbass. The "DNR" leaders have repeatedly stated their intend to force the Ukrainian company to register in the occupied territory, pay "taxes" to the occupants and pay for the electricity consumed in violation of Ukrainian legislation.
