Social networks refer to informed sources and report that Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the decree on the dismissing Vladislav Surkov, who was responsible for the Ukrainian direction in the administration of the president and actually supervised the hybrid war in the east of Ukraine.
"The decree was issued for dismissing Surkov from the staff of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation in connection with the transition to another position", - the Telegram channel NEZYGAR writes.
