The European Union primarily focuses on the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini stated at a joint briefing with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
She told that, in addition to the issues of reforms, they discussed the Donbass situation at the meeting with Groysman.
"I want to emphasize that we support the full implementation of the Minsk agreements", - she said.
"Also, during our meeting, we stressed Russia's responsibility in this matter, and as you know, the European Union sanctions are directly related to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. We, as the European Union, are ready to do more in the reconstruction of this region, but first of all, we want to direct our efforts to full implementation of the Minsk agreements", - Federica Mogherini said.
