The leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik permitted preventive detaining of unreliable persons for up to 30 days to carry out their verification. This is stated in his "decree" of February 2.

"The document" adds to the fake law "On the Martial Law", according to which, "during the period of martial law, a preventive detention for a period of 30 to 60 days is allowed for persons who are in need of verification because they may commit crimes that endanger the LNR".

The "decree" stipulates that the detention of persons, who have not committed any crime, but only are suspected of such intentions, is carried out in exceptional cases.

The "ministers" of the state security and internal affairs of the "LNR" will define these "exceptional cases" individually.
