The leader of the terrorist "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko said that he signed a "decree" to pardon Ukrainian soldiers for their exchange with the Ukrainian side on December 27.
"Today I have signed a decree to pardon those people, whom we will exchange tomorrow", - separatist media quoted Zakharchenko.
The leader of the "DNR" added that under preliminary agreements, the procedure for the exchange of prisoners will be held on December 27 at 13:00.
Meanwhile, there is no such "decree" on the so-called "official website of the DNR".
