Representatives of the terrorist "DNR/LNR" were indignant that the world community did not take seriously their statements about the seizure of two settlements near Horlivka by the AFU, which is allegedly contradict the "Minsk". This was stated today as a result of meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk by the press secretary of head of the delegation of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin.
"According to the "LNR" and the "DNR" negotiators, the lack of proper response of the international community and some humanitarian organizations to the occupation of Travneve and Hladosove settlements by the Ukrainian armed forces was the most indignant", - she complained.
Meanwhile, the very formulation of question of the alleged seizure of territories in a certain "gray zone" by Ukraine is false and manipulative. Back in March 2016, the first deputy head of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine Alexander Hug explained that there is no "gray zone" term in the Minsk agreements, but there is a concept of "line of contact". The list of settlements on both sides of the contact line is clearly defined. Moving forward by any of the opposing forces in violation of the line of contact is a violation.
As previously reported, the AFU took control of two villages in the so-called "gray zone" without violating the Minsk agreements. At the present time, Ukrainian authorities restore infrastructure and provide humanitarian assistance to the local population in the villages of Travneve and Hladosove. The militants, in turn, shell this area, interfering with the restoration work in every possible way.
