Movement of regular soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is limited outside the locations in the occupied part of Donbass. It is reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
There is a growing discontent among local residents concerning militants’ actions on the territory of Donbass which is temporarily beyond the control of Ukraine. People fighting on the side of the militants are simply afraid to move freely in the streets of cities.
"In the condition of rising discontent of social and economic situation and the actions of "athorities" on the occupied territories, the Command of Russian occupation forces takes measures to avoid conflicts with the local population. For this purpose, it has been decided to limit movement of regular soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the locations," – said the statement.
