The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine can decide to break diplomatic relations with Russia the very next week. This assumption was made by Russian Kommersant with reference to its own sources in the Verkhovna Rada.
Allegedly, this point will be additionally included in the law "on the Donbass reintegration", which the parliament should review in its second reading on November 16.

The corresponding decree of President Petro Poroshenko, after which Russian diplomatic institutions in Ukraine and Ukrainian in the Russian Federation will be closed, is meant to be the next stage. It is expected in Kyiv that Belarus or Switzerland will represent its interests in Moscow.
