About 3 thousand fake "marriage registration certificates" were issued in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast since the beginning of the year, - the separatist media report.
During the specified period, the occupation "authorities" also issued 8 619 "certificates of birth" and 173 "documents" on the name's change.
The specified "marriage registration certificates", as well as other "documents" of the "DNR", are valid only on the territory, controlled by the militants, and in some cases - in the Russian Federation.
