The so-called "military tribunal of the DNR” sentenced a resident of the Dnipropetrovsk oblast to 15 years in prison for his alleged service in the Donbass battalion. This was announced today by the press service of the so-called "General Prosecutor's Office of the DNR".
It is noted that "citizen V. was found guilty of committing a crime under article 232 of the Criminal Code of the DNR (being trained for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities)".
It is reported that he allegedly joined the ranks of the Donbass battalion at the end of May 2014, and trained, acquired knowledge and practical skills in the use of weapons, methods and tactics of warfare in training camp in Novi Petrivtsi village (the Kyiv oblast).
