A serviceman of the so-called "People's Militia of the LPR" died, five people were injured in an explosion in the center of Luhansk. This was reported by the representative of the militants Andrei Marochko.
Without any investigation of the situation, he stated that it was a "terrorist act near the Government House".
"As a result of the terrorist attack, the captain of the medical service of the LPR People's Militia died, five people, including civilians, were injured", - the militant added.
"Presumably, an improvised explosive device stuffed in a trash bin near the grocery store was stuffed with cut metal. The type, class and power of the explosive device are being specified", - Marochko said.
