The leader of the “DPR” Alexander Zakharchenko acknowledged the problem of selling coking coal from mines stolen from Ukraine by the so-called “DPR”. He said this during his "hot line" time on Wednesday.

"There is a problem with the sale of coal, it is connected with the economic blockade imposed by Kyiv. We have been selling coal to Ukraine before this blockade, and with it, Ukraine survived the winter. We are now taking 43 thousand tons of coal, instead of 100 thousand. But these problems are temporary. In July, the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant and the second furnace at the Yenakieve Metallurgical Plant are launched, and we will deal with the problem by August", - he said.

As previously reported, the announced launch of the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant, illegally seized by the militants, was postponed several times.
