The occupational "authorities" oblige the Amstor supermarket chain which operates on the uncontrolled territory to give a land plot of 2.4725 hectares. This is reported by the "official" site of the pseudo-republic.
The so-called "Prosecutor General's Office" of the "DPR" applied to a fake court "with a statement of claim against OOO Amstor. The Prosecutor General's Office of the DPR notifies OOO Amstor (identification code 32123041) of filing a claim to the Arbitration Court on the termination of the contract from December 9, 2009 for the lease of the land plot of 2.4725 hectares (cadastral number 1410138300:00:003:0125), located in the Proletarskiy district of Donetsk along the 301st Rifle Division Avenue, with $176460 regulatory money value and the return of the above-noted land plot in the interests of the state, represented by the Donetsk administration".
It is noted that a copy of the above-noted "statement of claim" and copies of the "documents" attached to it can be obtained by the authorized representative of OOO Amstor in the "Prosecutor General's Office".
It was reported earlier that Amstor supermarkets began to close in the occupied Donetsk.
