The militants of the "LPR" are going to "nationalize" Ukrainian enterprises that work for them or force them to pay taxes to the budget of the "republic". This is stated on the "LPR" "official" website.
According to the report the leader of the "republic" Igor Plotnitsky supported initiative of the "Deputies of the People's Council" that have reviewed changes in the law "On the tax system" in its first reading concerning the work of the Ukrainian enterprises and entrepreneurs that are called "non-residents" by the militants in the occupied territory.
"We have put up with the presence of non-residents (legal entities and private individuals-entrepreneurs) on our territory for a long time. They enrich themselves and Ukraine while not recognizing the Republic, exercising economic activity in our land, using its resources and human resources", - Plotnitsky stated.
He explained that the project proposed by the "deputies" of the "law" sets a time limit up to which a business registered in Ukraine have to "legitimize the implementation of economic activity" in the territory of the "LPR". "Non-residents" are obliged to enter into a contract with the "tax agents" of the fake republic till March 31, 2017 and pay taxes and other payments to the occupants.
"If the contract is not entered with a tax agent at the end of this period, a state administration (temporary administration is appointed) will be adopted in regard to the legal entity - non-resident or private individual - entrepreneur - non-resident in the manner determined by the Council of Ministers of the Luhansk People's Republic", - the leader of the "LPR " has threatened to the Ukrainian business that works on the territory of the occupied Luhansk region.
Plotnitsky emphasized that the enterprises that primary enter the group of Rinat Akhmetov's SCM have to enter into a contract with the pseudo republic.
"And this is it ("the law"- OstroV) that concerns PJSC Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, including PJSC Alchevskkoks, LLC DTEK Sverdlovantratsit, LLC DTEK Rovenkiantratsit, PJSC Krasnodonugol, PJSC Akvaservis, PJSC Ekoenergia, Krasnodonsky wind park, Lutuginsky wind park.
