“Preferential mortgages at 2% in Donbas and Novorossiya are available to every Russian regardless of place of residence – this state support measure is in effect until the end of 2030”, - reminded residents of the occupying country the deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on budget and taxes, Kaplan Panesh.
“Today, many Russians do not even suspect that they have a unique opportunity to purchase housing at a rate of only 2 percent per annum. We are talking about a preferential mortgage program operating in the new regions of our country – the DNR and LNR, the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts*. Absolutely any citizen of Russia, regardless of place of residence, can take advantage of this program”, - he urged russians to use this opportunity.
* The indicated territories, according to Ukrainian legislation and international law, are not subjects of the russian federation. They are temporarily occupied.
