“In these days, it is necessary to remain extremely vigilant — russia has prepared for a strike, a massive strike, and is waiting for the moment to deliver it. Please pay attention to all air raid alerts, and in every oblast there must be readiness to respond as quickly as possible and support people”, - President Zelensky said in his video address on January 19.
He also noted that in Ukraine “there will be a new approach to the use of air defense by the Air Force — regarding mobile fire groups, interceptor drones, and other means of ‘small’ air defense. This system will be transformed”.
