“To create a conscription commission of the Donetsk People’s Republic, conscription commissions of city and municipal districts”, - the “decree” of the head of the “republic” says.
All local leaders are ordered to provide every possible support to the military enlistment offices created in the occupied territories and twice a year personally report on the progress of conscription into the armed forces of russia to the “head of the DNR”.
Special attention is paid to organizing the transportation of members of conscription commissions to draft points and to weekly summing up the results of work on searching for citizens evading the fulfillment of military duty.
This year, according to russian legislation, which is illegally applied in the occupied territories of Ukraine, young men born in 1996–2008 are subject to conscription.
As reported earlier, in 2025 residents of the regions of Ukraine not controlled by the legitimate authorities, born in 1995–2007, were conscripted into the russian army.
