“From January 1, a number of housing and utility service tariffs will increase in the so-called ‘LNR’. In particular, the fee for maintaining apartment buildings will rise”, - the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration reported on social media on December 31.
On average, rent will increase by more than 11%, depending on the type of housing. For residents of buildings where there is an “absence of technical capability to provide services”, that is, in most of the residential sector of frontline cities, this payment was not canceled; they only promised to carry out a recalculation.
