"Due to enemy strikes on energy infrastructure, households in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Odesa oblasts remain without power. Repair work continues at the damaged energy facilities, and energy workers are working to restore electricity supply", - reports the Ministry of Energy on 5 December.
It is reported that in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and partially Kirovohrad oblasts, emergency power outages are currently being applied.
"Today, in all regions of Ukraine, from 00:00 to 23:59, schedules for hourly outages and power limitation schedules for industrial consumers and businesses are being implemented", - the Ministry of Energy noted.
