At the same time, the dictator accused Europe of “obstructing Trump’s peace process, and all their proposals are aimed at that”.
According to putin, “Europe is putting forward proposals to the peace plan on Ukraine that are unacceptable for russia” and “if Europe starts a war with russia, then soon moscow will have no one to negotiate with”.
At the same time, the dictator tried to intimidate, saying that “russia is not going to fight European countries, but if Europe starts a war — russia is ready right now”.
Putin also cynically claimed that “russia is acting surgically in Ukraine, this is ‘not a war’, and if Europe attacks, it will be different”.
