“As a result of the massive missile strike on Ukraine during the night on Tuesday, the airspace control systems in service with the National Army detected six unmanned aerial vehicles on the morning of November 25 that had illegally crossed the airspace of the Republic of Moldova”, - the Moldovalibera website reports, citing the country’s Ministry of Defense.

“The first drone was recorded moving in the direction of the settlements of Vinogradovka–Vulcănești, after which it continued toward the state border with Romania, in the area between the settlements of Colibaș (Cahul district) and Vadul lui Isac. The UAV crossed the airspace at an altitude of about 1,500 meters. The Ministry of Defense immediately notified the responsible structures, including the General Police Inspectorate”, - the statement says.

Later, the airspace monitoring systems of the National Army detected five more drones crossing the sky over Dondușeni, Orhei, Bender, Vadul lui Vodă, and Florești. One of them fell onto the roof of a residential house in the village of Cuhureștii de Jos (Florești district, shown in the photo).
