To discuss the details of labor-force sales, a meeting was held at the foreign ministry of russia in late October between local officials and representatives of the North Korean company Jihyang Technology Trade Company, which is responsible for searching for and selecting Korean workers.
The imported workforce is being promised about 2.5 US dollars per hour, and each shift will last no fewer than 12 hours.
“Such measures indicate a further deepening of strategic cooperation between the two dictatorships in order to continue the aggressive war against Ukraine”, - the Intelligence Directorate noted.
