“In the absence of any opportunity to continue the conversation further, we will, of course, continue the special military operation in order to achieve the goals formulated by the supreme commander-in-chief and the president”, - said kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov today, November 13.

He was commenting on the remarks of Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia about the difficulties of negotiations with russia. In particular, in an interview with The Times, the Ukrainian diplomat said that the russian delegation at the talks in Istanbul had no intention of discussing peace — kremlin representatives denied Ukrainian identity, suggested creating WhatsApp chats, and had dossiers on every member of the Ukrainian delegation.

According to Peskov, the kremlin took note of these statements and considers them important. At the same time, they traditionally blamed Ukraine for its unwillingness to conduct negotiations.

“They essentially formalize the de facto situation, where the Ukrainian side did not wish to continue contacts in any way. That is unfortunate”, - said Peskov.

Propagandists also write that, according to Peskov, “sooner or later Ukraine will have to negotiate with russia, but from positions that will worsen day by day”.
