“As a result of another attack by russia, eight coal mines in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast were left without electricity. At the time of the incident, 2,595 miners were underground”, - the Ministry of Energy reported on November 6.
Rescuers and mine personnel promptly organized the evacuation of people to the surface. According to preliminary information, there are no dead or injured.
“Russia continues its energy terror. Another strike endangered the lives of thousands of miners. Russia keeps waging war against civilians. The russians’ tactics are clear — to leave Ukrainians without light and heat in winter”, - said Minister of Energy Svitlana Hrynchuk.
