“Many streets are becoming impassable. Today we spent about 15 minutes longer than planned because we had to drive around construction debris after explosions, wreckage, and destroyed cars blocking the streets. According to the head of “Prolisok” in the Donetsk oblast, evacuation is also limited in some neighborhoods of Kostiantynivka.
“Two or three weeks ago, we were still entering Santurynivka, on the outskirts of Kostiantynivka. Now it’s already a terrible nightmare there. The situation changes not even daily, but sometimes hourly”, - noted Tkachov.
Evacuation teams have also recorded an increase in attacks on humanitarian missions in Kostiantynivka.
“Enemy drones have started attacking humanitarian missions. Before, this was rare, but a few days ago the attacks became deliberate. They tried to hit us twice. The first time, a drone exploded about 5–10 meters away from us — our windshield was damaged, several fragments hit the body, and the bumper was damaged. A few days ago, they used the same tactic again, but we turned into a yard, and the drone exploded about 30–40 meters away. Thank God, everyone was fine”, - said the head of the humanitarian mission “Prolisok” in the Donetsk oblast.
