On August 24, 8 settlements came under fire: the cities of Bilozerske, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, the villages of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Sofiivka, Shchurove. This was reported by the Donetsk oblast police.

In Drobysheve, the russians struck with Smerch and Uragan MLRS, as well as an FPV drone — killing a civilian, damaging 5 private houses, 3 utility structures, and 3 civilian cars.
Two people were wounded in Kostiantynivka, which the enemy attacked with six KAB-250 bombs and artillery. Damaged were 3 apartment and private houses, an educational institution, an administrative building, and 4 garages.
In Pokrovsk, a nine-story building was damaged as a result of artillery shelling. In Bilozerske, a Geran-2 UAV damaged a private house.
As a result of enemy FPV drone strikes in Novoselivka of the Lyman community, a private house was destroyed, and in Shchurove, a recreation base was damaged.
In addition, last night russian troops shelled Iverske of the Novodonetske community — one civilian was injured and a private house was damaged. Sloviansk also came under attack — currently, 2 damaged private houses are reported.
