"Turkey stated at the last meeting of the Coalition of the Willing that it wants to be part of security guarantees for Ukraine in terms of the sea", - said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky today, August 22, during a meeting with Secretary-General Mark Rutte, reports ZN.ua.
"We are professional, we know how to help in the Black Sea, we will focus precisely on that, our presence there will be full". - Zelensky commented on Turkey’s position.
The president added that he does not know how many countries from the Coalition of the Willing will be able to provide security guarantees to Ukraine, but there is "goodwill" from the majority of these countries.
"Different countries with different levels of assistance and different capabilities, and it is too early to say who can provide their troops, who intelligence, who presence at sea, and who in the sky, who is ready to finance, and as I already said, who because of their constitution cannot be present in one form or another, in any way, but are ready to finance", - noted the President of Ukraine.
