Head of the Sumy Oblast Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov clarified that the enemy again struck the building of the Oblast State Administration.
"An hour ago, the russians struck the building of the Sumy OSA again. As a result of the strike on the center of Sumy, people were injured. A 75-year-old woman with a shrapnel wound was hospitalized", - reported Hryhorov.
According to him, the injured are receiving the necessary assistance, and all emergency services are working at the site. He reminded that on Friday and Saturday, the russians had already attacked the administration building with strike drones, and today there was a new attempt to destroy it.
Hryhorov emphasized that russia is systematically targeting civilian and administrative infrastructure, seeking to intimidate people and destabilize the region.
It was reported that on July 29, russian troops carried out nearly 70 strikes on the Sumy oblast, resulting in two women being injured.
