The so-called "ministry of labor" has approved a list of in-demand professions in the region that can be filled by specialists relocated at the expense of the russian budget from across the russian federation. The list consists of 15 positions. It includes gas cutters, blacksmiths working on hammers and presses, crane operators, electricians, and so on.
The "ministry" explained that the "LNR" is implementing the "Mobility 2.0" program, which provides support for the relocation of citizens for employment in in-demand professions at organizations experiencing staffing shortages. The list compiled by the occupation authorities allegedly creates "legal grounds for an employer to receive a subsidy from the budget of the russian Pension and Social Insurance Fund, provided that citizens relocated from other regions are employed".
