The American side was briefed on the current operational situation, the assessment of the aggressor state's plans until 2036, as well as data on the kremlin’s preparations for an armed conflict not only against Ukraine but also against NATO countries. This was stated in a report by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine on July 15 regarding a briefing for U.S. Special Representative Keith Kellogg.
"The imperial ambitions of the kremlin are not limited to Ukraine – they encompass all of Europe. However, with the support of the United States, we are capable of stopping russia and nullifying its military potential", - emphasized Kyrylo Budanov.
The head of the Defence Intelligence expressed gratitude to the U.S. government and people for their ongoing political, economic, and military support of Ukraine.
"Russia only recognizes force – it is through force that we will achieve lasting peace", - Budanov is quoted as saying.
It was also reported that Trump had considered transferring Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, which are capable of striking moscow and St. Petersburg.
