U.S. President Donald Trump stated this during a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House, responding to a journalist’s question about plans to send more weapons to Ukraine, reports Ukrainska Pravda.

“We will send more weapons. We’re forced to do this. They must be able to defend themselves. They’re being hit very hard right now. We will be forced to send more weapons. It’s mostly defensive weapons, but the strikes are really brutal. Too many people are dying in that bloodbath”, - Trump said.

He also mentioned his recent conversation with russian ruler vladimir putin, the outcome of which he was dissatisfied with.

“I’m disappointed, honestly, that putin didn’t stop. I’m not at all happy with putin”, - the U.S. president emphasized.
