According to the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office, on July 1, within the span of an hour, the occupiers shelled Kostiantynivka with barrel artillery. Apartment buildings and private homes came under enemy fire.
"As a result of the attack, a 52-year-old woman and her 32-year-old son sustained bodily injuries at their residence. Additionally, another local resident was wounded in the street. The injured were diagnosed with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. Medical assistance was provided. Damage was recorded to two apartment buildings, 13 private homes, four commercial pavilions, and gas pipeline lines", - the statement reads.
It is noted that a pre-trial investigation has been launched under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
