This follows from the comment by putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. Responding to a question about the reasons for the increased drone attacks on Ukrainian cities, the press secretary of the russian dictator implied that this is how the russian federation is seeking acceptance of the ultimatum put forward by the kremlin.
“In Kyiv, they know perfectly well what must be done for combat operations within the framework of the ‘special military operation’ to cease. All these conditions were voiced by the president a year ago during a speech before the leadership of the foreign ministry. In Kyiv, they are well aware of and remember these statements by Putin”, - Peskov said.
As previously reported, putin demands, as a condition for ending the aggression, the withdrawal of troops from four Ukrainian oblasts illegally declared by the kremlin as “subjects of the russian federation”, full disarmament, and a refusal to join NATO.
