"This may have been done deliberately by the russians to increase the number of bodies handed over and burden our experts with work, all while applying cynical informational pressure. Or it may simply reflect their usual careless attitude toward their own people. In any case, we will identify these bodies as well", - said Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko on June 16.
He also added that russia deliberately complicates the identification process.
"The bodies are returned in an extremely mutilated state, body parts in different bags. There have even been cases where the remains of one person are returned during different stages of repatriation", - Klymenko noted.
