As stated by the spokesperson of the aggressor state's foreign policy department, Maria Zakharova, the kremlin intends to outline the following points in the document:
– principles of settlement,
– timeframes for a possible peace agreement,
– potential temporary ceasefire in case relevant agreements are reached.
According to Zakharova, russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov "literally comments daily on the progress" of the memorandum’s development.
"We expect the Ukrainian side to be doing the same kind of work and to send us their proposals simultaneously with receiving the russian document", - the russian foreign ministry spokesperson stated.
It was reported earlier that the U.S. presidential envoy Keith Kellogg said that the Ukrainian version of the document has already been presented to the American side, while the russians have yet to provide their version of the ceasefire terms.
