"My sources report four strikes in Starobilsk overnight. It's been a long time since we had news like this", - wrote journalist and displaced person from the Luhansk oblast, Maryna Mukhina, on Facebook on May 15.
According to a source from OstroV—a resident of Starobilsk district—there were hits on at least the former Ukrtelecom building and the Aidar Hotel. As the source notes, these buildings were used by the occupiers.
According to the occupying "administration of Starobilsk municipal district", other administrative buildings were also hit.
