As reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the composition of the russian delegation at the negotiations in Turkey upon arrival.
"The level of the russians is not officially known to me yet, but from what we see, it looks more like a theatrical level", - Zelenskyy said.
The President noted that the decision on further steps regarding the negotiations would be made after the conversation with the Turkish President.
"I think we will have a few hours for an important conversation, important, very important decisions. We need to understand what level the russian delegation is, what mandate they have, whether they are capable of making any decisions on their own. Because we all know who makes the decisions in russia", - he said.
As reported, putin did not include himself in the delegation for negotiations in Turkey.
