The European Union argues that currently there is no confirmation of statements by Russian officials about the events in the Crimea and expressed support for the integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea. "We are not aware of any evidence to support Russian claims about the events in Armyansk," - said Jurgis Vilcinskas, head of Press and Information Department of the diplomatic mission, stressing that it is the official position of the EU.
